Here at R&R Home Services we work on bank owned properties or homes in foreclosure and are currently seeking sub-contractors.

You must have the required tools that are on the tool list and reliable transportation.

Pay is based on what work is done and the work order being completed and updated to a bank with all required photos.
You will get paid within 14 days for jobs that have been completely uploaded and all work completed per the work order.
The scope of the work ordered can be, but is not limited to:

Grass-cut
Winterization
Lock Change
Window Reglaze
Boarding of doors and windows
Roof repairs
Clean-out
Etc…

You must be able to get on a roof and take pictures along with
completing roof repairs as needed.

You must be able to list and describe all damages at a property – this is how we get approval from the banks to do additional work.
