**** BROOM SWEPT CONDITION ****
*The condition of the property is free of dust, dirt, and hazardous
materials or conditions, personal belongings, and interior debris.
There is a $50 allowable to assure the property has been cleaned and  assure all floors and flat surfaces have been swept and are free of  dirty/dust. This also includes cleaning all countertops, window sills cabinets, sinks, horizontal surfaces, appliances, etc. with a proper  cleaning agents. Photos of the proper cleaning agents must be  documented in the update.
-In the event the total debris removal will exceed the allowable or
CTD and a bid will be required, a bid to complete the Broom Swept
Condition should always be provided to accompany the debris bid as
well. The property must be in Broom Swept Condition once all debris has been removed.
